PLEASE read before proceeding:
Register online or return a completed registration form by mail or fax along with the required $75 deposit or full payment per camper. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail.
Balance of camp fees must be received 14 days prior to the start of your camp session. A $25 fee applies on all returned checks.
Early Registration Discount
To receive the $10 early registration discount, your balance must be paid in full on or before March 1.
Full payment of camp fees, receipt of a completed health information form and the optional camper information sheet is required 14 days prior to the start of your program session. All documentation can be completed online or printed, completed and returned by USPS mail.
Participants may list up to two other individuals they wish to have as cabin mates. All must be registered for the same camp program session and dates in order for the request to be honored. Friends are a valuable aspect of summer camp, and every effort will be made to honor your request.
Upon receipt of your online or mailed registration with the required $75 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, a Registration Confirmation will be sent by email. Please save and refer to emails for future payment information.
All cancellations must be received in writing by postal mail or e-mail. A refund, minus the non-refundable $75 deposit, will be granted if the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in for sessions that begin on Sunday is from 4 PM – 5 PM. Check-in for sessions that begin on any other day of the week is from 6:30 pm – 7 PM. Please do not arrive before the check-in time. Camp Omega is not able to provide supervision for campers before registration begins. All sessions end with an 11:00 AM closing celebration. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Express Lane Check-In
On the day of check in, all campers who have 1) camp balances paid in full, 2) submitted canteen money and, 3) submitted required documentation AT LEAST 14 days prior to start date of the camp session will qualify for Express Lane check-in. In the Express Lane, campers will be checked in, turn in any medications that are brought to camp and go meet their cabin group.
Camp Memory CD
During every camp session, photos will be taken of cabin groups and campers during their activities. These photos will be made available on a Memory CD/DVD for $9. These CD/DVDs can be ordered at check-in or on the last day of the camp session.
For the Children Fund
Every child should be given the opportunity to experience Christ at Camp Omega regardless of their family’s financial situation. This campership fund is designed to offset the cost of camp for those who need assistance. But that can’t happen without you. Please play an active part in shaping the lives and faith of children, assuring that all have the opportunity to encounter Christ through Camp Omega. Any gift amount you can offer is appreciated. If you wish to donate, please check the “YES!” box on the registration form and include your donation with your registration deposit or payment. On behalf of the children, we thank you!
Please don’t let finances prevent your child from experiencing a Camp Omega program. Contact your church for information on funds that may be available. Camp Omega also has a limited Campership Fund Program. Applications are available at Forms or by contacting the camp office.
