BEFORE YOU REGISTER
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable deposit must accompany all registrations. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted for your deposit and/or full registration payment. Type of card, account number, signature, validation code, and expiration date are required to enable
To receive the $10 early registration discount, balance of fees must be paid in full on or before March 1.
Faxed registrations including credit card information are welcome at (507) 685-4401. All registrations will be confirmed promptly via regular mail or email (depending upon your selection).
Full payment of registration fee and receipt of a completed Health Form is required seven days prior to the start of your program session. Balance of payment can be made via check through regular mail or by calling the camp office with credit card information at (507) 685-4266.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be received in written form. A refund, minus the non-refundable $50 deposit, will be granted if the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.
CABIN MATES
Only two names are permitted for cabin mates preference. Additional cabin mate request can not be honored. Campers must request each other and be registered for the same camp program.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in for events that begin on Sunday is from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Check-in for events that start on any other day of the week is from 6:30-7:00 p.m. All events end with a 12:00 p.m. devotion on the last day. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend this closing devotion.
Please do not consider your child registered for camp until you receive a confirmation notice.
