Program’s Mission

The program is dedicated to providing schools with a self-contained experiential environmental education program that enables students to grow in their faith, gain a deeper understanding of God’s creation and grow in their understanding of their role as stewards of His creation.

What You Need to Provide

Adult leadership to provide supervision and to sleep in the cabins with the students.

School Responsibilities

  1. Adult leaders shall provide supervision for all non-programmed times at camp. These times include canteen, free time, breaks in between activities, and nighttime (after campfire devotion until breakfast).
  2. Adult leaders shall help ensure students remain in a positive learning environment by taking an active role in the supervision and, if need be, discipline of students at all times.
  3. The school shall provide transportation for all off-site learning.

Camp Omega Staff Responsibilities

  1. Staff shall help in the planning, implementation, and leadership of the program.
  2. Staff shall ensure students remain in a positive learning environment by taking an active role in the supervision and, if need be, discipline of students at all times.
  3. Staff shall provide students the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of God’s creation.
