Facility Rental

Usage Guidelines

Planning and Supervision Groups are responsible to provide their own leadership and program. Please remember that there may be other groups using the camp’s facilities. If arranged in advance, camp staff or area resource people may be available for special leadership. We suggest that all supervisors be at least 18 years old.

Recommended Youth Supervision Ratios The camp advises you to carefully review your supervision of minors. The following minimums are suggested for general activities: 4-5 Year olds 1 to 5 staff to child ratio, 6-8 Years – 1 to 6 ratio, 9-14 year olds – 1 to 8 ratio, and 15-18 Year olds – 1 to 10 year olds. Group leaders may wish to consider times when exceptions are required (greater or fewer). Groups with special needs will need to reduce the ratios to fit their needs. In order to safeguard youth and leaders, the camp suggests groups determine where at least two supervising group leaders are required.

Food Service

  • During the school year, the camp serves meals in the Dining Hall at 8:00 A.M., 12:00 noon, and 5:30 P.M.
  • The camp host will provide instructions on setup and cleanup.

Insurance

Optional camper medical insurance is available for your group for .35 cents per person (contact the camp office for more information). We recommend that groups review their coverage before coming to camp.

If you would like to secure the same dates for your event next year we hold these dates for you up to one week after your current reservation. After that point, we will allow other groups to reserve those dates for their event.
