Turning Your Unwanted Items Into Cash For Camp
Instead of selling those attic and basement leftovers or dropping them off at your local collection center, turn them into a bountiful blessings that will benefit the ministry our Lord has at Camp Omega. Project 12 Baskets has teamed with Camp Omega to help create a marketplace where people can give generously, but do so without giving money.
Project12Baskets draws its name from the story of the feeding of the 5000. There we read how the Lord took 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish and fed a small army of followers. He fed everyone and when the crowd had eaten until they were full, He said to his disciples, "why don't you pick up the leftovers." When they did, to their surprise, there were 12 baskets filled to the top.
Now is the time to search those attics and basements for those unuse treasures and unwanted items of value which can be turned into a valuable contribution in support of Camp Omega. To make a contribution, bring yours items to camp or contact the camp office and we'll come and pick them up. You may also make your contribution directly by visiting Project 12 Baskets website.

Acres for Omega
This annual program encourages those in agribusiness to donate the proceeds from a portion of their harvest to the camp’s ministry. Each farmer designates, depending upon their farming operation, their own “acre”. The camp receives donations from crop, produce, and dairy operations. Last year the camp received over $9,000 through the Acres for Omega program. For more information, contact Curt Stoltenow at 507 685-4266 or .
Golf Tournament
Get a foursome together and join our annual August golf tournament. The proceeds from the tournament support the camp’s campership endowment fund. These funds support the camp’s commitment to providing camp experiences for those with financial need. Interested in more details? Give Curt a call at 507 685-4266 or .
