Application Process

It's easy to apply to be a counselor at Camp Omega! You have two options:

  • Option 1: Complete and submit the application online (prefered method).
  • Option 2: Download the application and mail it in to Camp Omega.

Option 1: Online Application

Camp Omega works in cooperation with the National Lutheran Outdoors Ministry Association (NLOMA) to recruit staff for participating camps. Please go to the NLOMA website and complete the online application. This is the prefered method as it speads up the process. If you put Camp Omega as your first choice for a camp location we will have the opportunity to consider you as an employee before other camps will

Option 2: Download and Mail

  1. Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. After you've installed the newest version of the reader. It's time to download the application (available mid-November)
  3. Finally, you can either print out the empty document and write in the information by hand, or you can fill it out while you have Acrobat reader open, and print it off after you have filled it out completely (don't close Acrobat reader and try to finish it later though, you might lose all the information you have entered.)
